What products can your machines produce?

Our converting lines cover the full absorbent hygiene range: baby diapers, baby pants, adult diapers, adult pants, underpads, light incontinence products, sanitary napkins and panty shields.
What production speeds do your lines reach?

It depends on the product family: baby diaper and baby pants lines run at 600 or 800 pieces per minute, adult diaper and adult pants lines at 200 or 300 pieces per minute, underpad lines at 300 pieces per minute, light incontinence lines at 1200 pieces per minute and lady care lines up to 1500 pieces per minute.
Do you provide installation and operator training?

Yes. We install and commission every line and train your operators directly, anywhere in the world. Our machines are designed to be operated by a small team, typically two people per line.
Do you supply spare parts for your machines?

Yes, we provide dedicated spare parts support for our entire installed base to keep lines reliable and reduce downtime, even for machines delivered many years ago.
Are your machines CE compliant?

Yes, all our machines are designed and built in accordance with the European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
Can you upgrade or revamp an existing machine?

Yes. We offer revamping and upgrade solutions to improve performance, adapt a line to new product requirements and extend machine life — including machines from our installed base and selected third-party lines.
Which technologies do you develop in-house?

Critical systems such as SAP dosing units, hot melt glue applicators, rotary filters, hammer mills and stackers are designed and manufactured internally in our mechanical workshop, ensuring better integration and easier maintenance.
